I offer newborn photography mentoring for photographers wanting to improve posing, lighting, workflow, safety, styling, and overall client experience. After years of working with newborns, I’ve learned that so much of this genre comes down to the small details and behind-the-scenes techniques that aren’t always taught online.
1:1 & 2:1 Mentoring Sessions
I offer both 1:1 and 2:1 mentoring sessions designed around your experience level and goals. Whether you’re brand new to newborn photography or wanting to refine your style, mentoring provides hands-on learning in a real studio environment.
I’ll share the workflow, styling, setup, and techniques I use to create the images seen throughout my website. We’ll also go over the prep guide I sent to parents before sessions, along with insight into props, lenses, and creating calm, natural newborn setups.

Hands-On Learning Experience
My mentoring style is relaxed, laid back, and hands-on. During mentoring sessions, you will observe a real newborn session and learn how I pose, soothe, wrap, and safely work with babies throughout the session.
Sometimes babies do not want to sleep – and that’s part of learning newborn photography. Understanding how to work through those moments calmly and naturally is one of the most valuable parts of hands-on mentoring
For Photographers wanting a deeper experience, two-day mentoring allows you to not only observe, but also work directly with posing and setup while I guide you throughout the process.
My Approach
I believe small adjustments can completely change an image. Sometimes improving your work comes down to refining angles, lighting, posing, or workflow in ways that are difficult to learn through videos alone.
My goal is to help photographers grow into the photographers they want to become while creating natural, timeless newborn images with confidence.
